Contract
Whether working on a "Time and Materials" or "Contract" basis, our job is to facilitate the process of implementing your vision as quickly, efficiently and smoothly as possible. Treating our clients as we would our family & friends begins with clear communication. Clearly defining the scope of work, creating a budget and timeline then coming in on budget and on time is the hallmark of our commitment to customer service.
Charges are billed by the hour and materials paid for at cost.
Price of labor and materials is fixed or may have "allowances" for materials costs. That is, the cost would be adjusted to the actual cost of materials such as tile or fixtures that are a matter of choice and may not have been decided upon at the time the contract is signed.
